Another Case of Outsourcing

Los Angeles, CA

The good news is that meth lab busts are down 40% statewide, matching trends across the nation. The bad news is that busts for use have remained steady.

In short, all the labs are moving south of the border.

Los Angeles has downsized from manufacturing to distribution. We are now the Wal-Mart of the drug trade. Yay us.

can you buy actifed in california without signing away your first-born child? i've heard regulating it hasn't helped much here in MN. i might have to make an actifed run to mexico.

On the plus side, all the environmental effects of meth production are now safely tucked away in Mexico, too.
