Joliet Cedano is a five month old infant who was taken from her mother after birth and put into protective foster care because she was born addicted to narcotics. Hmm. How does something like that happen?
Anyway, an unnamed man snatched the kid from her foster mother at William J. McAdam Park yesterday afternoon. The man took off in a car driven by a woman. Later, the guy was found and questioned. Looks like Joliet's with her oh-so-stable mother.
Ayala, the biological mother, is described as 43 years old, about 5 feet 5 and weighing about 150 pounds. She may be driving a blue four-door 1995 Mercury Marquis, license plate number 5RSK813, according to the sheriff's department.Anyone with information on Joliet or Ayala, please call the Sheriff's station in Palmdale at 661-272-2400.
