Catch A Crook Win A Buck

Los Angeles & Palmdale, CA

We got ree-wards!

The LA City Council is offering $50,000.00 for information in a drive-by that killed Marvin Powell, a 27-year-old man in the 77th Street Division back in February. It's nice to see they're on the ball with this one. I mean, it's only been seven months.

Marvin was shot near the intersection of 48th and Budlong while riding his bike at 2:30 in the morning.

So if you know something about this and your memory hasn't been fried by the intervening months of meth, call the LAPD's 77th Street Homicide Division at (213) 485-1383 or (877) LAWFULL.

Now we turn our attention to the desert pit that is Palmdale. With more exploding meth labs per capita than the Salton Sea.

We have a $45,000.00 reward for information on a man who raped a 10-year-old girl in a movie theater at the Antelope Valley Mall on August 29th.
The man, who spoke with a "Nigerian-type" accent, was described as black, about 35-45 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds, with a black/gray mustache. He was wearing a white, short-sleeve shirt and dark blue sweat pants with white stripes on the outer seams.
They've set up a 24-hour hotline at (866) 247-5877.
