Do They Charge Dock Fees For That?
Newport Beach, CA
A woman's body was found wrapped in a blanket and floating in Newport Harbor near the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, Wednesday.
It's probably going to be a little bit before we get a cause of death, or how long she's been in the water. Floaters are notoriously hard to work on, especially if they're been in there for a while. With any luck the blanket will have helped preserve some things, at least keeping some of the nibblers off her toes.
Unsurprisingly, Newport Beach police are treating this as a homicide.

I just opened up a Anger Management Education Center in New Port. Buisness has been slow. Now I know that there may still be a market out there.
Somehow I don't think you'll have any trouble finding angry people in the OC.
