Last year, to the day, Jennifer Flores' body was found in Eagle Rock with a quarter mile trail of blood and tissue leading from her resting place to the door of one David Jaime Del Toro, a fire captain with the LAFD.
Earlier today, I got this comment on a previous entry:
So, this has nothing to do with your current post, but do you have any idea what ever happened with the murder case against David Jaime Del Toro, the firefighter who was charged with murdering a woman in Eagle Rock? (you blogged about it a while ago.) Just curious. I live in the neighborhood and am interested in knowing what's going on with the case.Well, that's a damn good question Anonymous.
In fact, I've been wondering that myself. I usually get some hits on Mr. Del Toro, but the last couple of months has seen a surge (such a powerful, manly word) in Google queries coming to the site.
And with a little help I was able to find out a few things.
Mr. Del Toro (Booking Number 9278178) is currently residing in the Men's Central Jail at 441 Bauchet Street awaiting a preliminary hearing on September 7th at the LA Superior Court, Department 110. He is being held without bail and, if I understand correctly, isn't allowed visitors.
So, there's the fast spinning wheels of justice for ya, Anonymous. Hey, at least he's not on the street.
Hat tip to Jason Kandel at the Daily News and Darleene Powells at CBS.

My gut feeling is there is something very fishy about the lack of information regarding this case. Having a public servant as high as a fire captain accused of such a ghastly crime...and then no information is made available by the news services to the public? What is going on with this? Why is David Jaime Del Toro's case being swept under the rug?
I don't know if I would characterize it as being swept under the rug. Until the preliminary hearing there really isn't anything to report.
I would be very surprised if something doesn't end up on the news when the hearing comes up in September.
Until then, what can they say? "Yep, guy's still in jail"? Doesn't' exactly make for compelling news.
And in this case both the prosecution and defense are going to keep quiet on this. The prosecution doesn't want to fuck it up and the defense doesn't have anything to gain just yet.
Wait and see. There's going to be a lot more media attention on this next month.
It struck me from the day after the murder was committed ( I used to live in the neighborhood) that this was a story that was strangely absent from the news. it was buried in the Times and the Daily News. since when does a fire captain, murder a woman in his house, drag her corpse for a quarter mile down hill street, unwittingly leave the corpse on the street five blocks from his house with a trail leading to his doorstep - and it is not a major scandal? This iswhat the news is for in our life and times and they bury something so salacious? I see stories on the national news that are not nearly so bizarre and not involoving a public official.
Either something stinks or evidence is being withheld to not hurt an ongoing investigation - or something but I wish someone would get on it.
S. Haworth
Call me whatever you want, but if this guy's name had been Chuck Johnson, we'd be hearing about it every night.
Viva la invasion compadres.
Of course I could be wrong, but look at it this way: a couple jocks from the same high school - while not in the same class, certainly in the same age group. Both land prestigious jobs with the same city, and one has the power to influence the future of the other. May I introduce you to David Del Toro and Rocky Delgadillo. Still wonder why this heinous crime hasn't been widely covered?
Dont want to leak out to much info but this case has been full of postponments. Next hearing is Nov.9th. judge Lance Ito will decide if evidence is thrown out or not. I'm upset theres not much media attention....not much is getting done during court hearing. Dont expect trial to begin for at least a yr....Jennifer is my cousin.
I HAVE KNOWED DAVID FOR OVER 20 YRS , I KNOW HE WOULD NEVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT , HE IS A LOVING AND CARING MAN.
Just checked back in for some info regarding the criminal lack of comprehensive news about the David Jaime Del Toro case.
I have to thank our anonymous poster for contributing the news regarding the link between David Jaime Del Toro and Rocky Delgadillo.
At last there is a credible explanation for why this heinous murder is not being reported on. Delgadillo has probably used his waning influence on this case. But with Delgadillo's sinking Q rating he might need to save his political capital to save his own ass.
Just witness all the stories on OC's Carona. A scoundrel and dirtbag by all measures...the guy still isn't accused of murder with his own hands. Give us some real information on David Jaime Del Toro, his life and his relationships! Even if it shines unfavorably on Rocky Delgadillo...
You really need to get your facts straight before posting this slanderous crap. Rocky Delgadillo is a City Attorney..which means he only prosecutes misdemeanors. ALL felonies (including this murder) are under the umbrella of the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Steve Cooley. As an FYI..Cooley & Delgadillo have no love between them...so, I can assure you that Del Toro is receiving no special treatment. This case is simply not in the news because there's nothing to report.
And lastly, he was terminated from his job with the city within one week of his arrest, and is nothing less than a major embarassment and disappointment to all of his former co-workers.
If you've known him for over twenty years you obviuosly don't know both side of the devils little helper. Look at his past....read his history of violence. Get your head out of your ass and see him for who he really is.
interesting thing here we have a person who is a high rank firefighter.. protector of people.. saves lives on a daily basis.. put his own life aside for strangers... . did anyone care who this person really is. his character, up bringing... train of thought.. .. the history recorded does not paint a vicious person to commit such crime other then possibly pissed off ex's who knew how to push a persons button under the influence of alchohol.. . since he was never married... made money.. no kids. come on if you ask me ..a catch .. dont tell me fellas u havent had your share of psycho x's.. now we have a murder.. a vicious murder.. to a female with no romatic connection.. testimony from the same pissed off ex... but wasnt she married????????.. divorce papers found around the time of theor interactions. hmmmmm... if a person could b driven to such a vicious crime then why not to those that have caused the most pain... why her this other chick... was it even him? was it self defense.. who is she? what was she doing there? all questions we need to keep in mind before we prosecute. im curious to see what happens..
p.s. no one gets special treatment in jail! NO ONE.!
To quote the chicken rancher in Napoleon Dynamite, "I don't understand a word you just said."
For that person who said get my head out of my ass it was never there , you never new him long of enough to say that about him. So i think u should get your head of your ass and get your story right . well !!! I know thing are looking good for him. and yes he is a loving and caring man , i don't care what anybody say about him.
Anything new, when is this case going to trial?
all I can say things are looking good but to slow.
"Things are looking good but too slow?" I respectfully ask what you've learned about this case that I can't find anywhere on the net? Did you attend a hearing? From where I sit, I only hear chirping crickets - beyond monthly or bimonthly renewed trial dates. Seems to me that those with the power to affect such things want this case to die (excuse the wording) due to lack of interest.
I have also been following this case (being a lifer in Eagle Rock). I check the inmate information monthly and it just seems that his hearing just keeps getting put over for a month at a time. Are they ever going to do anything. Next week will be two years and if they are so worried around the jails being overcrowed, get rid of the creeps like DelToro and quit making us foot the bill!
Is there any new news on the case of Del Toro? Today is August 10, 2008, 2 years after the murder and I am curious as to what is going on?
According to the LASD inmate info center his next court date is Monday. I wonder if it will actually happen.
That would be Monday, 8/11. At 8:00am. LA Superior Court Department 110.
All I can say is that the Trail maybe in Nov, Things are looking good but they are going to slow.
All I can say is that the Trail maybe in Nov, Things are looking good but they are going to slow.
Everybody take a breath. The justice system's wheels turn slowly in LA County, but they are turning, and there is no skullduggery afoot. For those who believe there is some kind of bureaucratic cover-up or nefarious understanding between city attorney Rocky Delgadillo (who does not, as someone pointed out, have jurisdiction over felony cases) and the defendant, the trial date has been delayed by numerous and varied motions by defense, not the district attorney's office. Every single delay over the past year has been due to a defense motion or scheduling need, and if it angers or pains those looking for a resolution one way or the other, this is, in fact, how the American justice system operates and why we perceive it to be superior to countries where people's rights are infringed upon and curtailed. Preserving the rights of the accused is as basic and valued a tenet of the American justice system as protecting the public good. The accused has the right to adequate representation. Like it or not, the defense is doing its job. Furthermore, the case has not been reported because newspapers--and their readers--tend to lack interest in complex procedural issues. Not because of some vast left-wing conspiracy or because, as a poster implied, the defendant is Latino--an almost admirably bizarre bit of race-baiting paranoia. And lastly, for those of you attesting to the character of the defendant, who undoubtedly is complex and has good and bad qualities to varying degrees, there is an enormous amount of what most people would find to be incontrovertible evidence against him. In fact, defense has never argued or implied that there is a possible unknown perpetrator, but has argued on procedural issues (did officers have the right under exigent circumstances to enter his property, was there a search warrant present when the police did the thorough search of his home, what constitutes torture, which testimony may be used in court). This case will come down to intent. And rest assured you will read about it or see it on the telly.
I don't think this case is being held up because of race, but I do wonder if the failure to properly investigate the human torso found down the street from Del Toro's Fire Station No. 1, in the locked fire engine maintenance yard, in October 2005 resulted in a murderer remaining on the streets long enough to kill again.
It's taking an awfully long time to find out if the city is going to lay that other body at Del Toro's feet or not, and as a neighbor, I'd like to see some resolution.
Was this woman whose torso was in the fire yard dumpster ever identified? Does Del Toro have ties to the Pico Rivera area, where the rest of her was dumped?

I have known David since JR high
about 34 years. And he is not the
monster that I read about in fact
he is good guy, So all this B.S.
about rocky delgadillo the jock
conection,well i also was a jock
and David well he was a team mate
Franklin high school football,I
had a few classes with him also
we had just clean fun.I have family
and friends that are L.A.F.D.
and to hear he made captain is very
hard to achieve!I have confidence
he will prove that this was a fluke
tragic yes,but nothing to do with
him intentionaly mudering anybody!
As for Rocky Delgadillo , he claims
to getting a football scholarship
from Harvard , the problem is that
Harvard does not have football
scholarships,credibility ?I think
he should come clean with his
faults! So what do you have to say
about that Rocky ? you have that
obligation to your abuse of power.
I am a Los Angeles Firefighter. I worked with Del Toro and knew Jennifer Flores. Jaimie Del Toro had a typical alcoholic's personality. Not a bad guy at work, did his job and acted professional. Off the job, he needed real help. He was involved in MANY instances of violent drunken behavior. He had a restraining order to stay clear of our own credit union in Pasadena due to physical attacks on a woman who worked there. His wife divorced him for violent spousal abuse and had a restraining order. Several women contacted the department with violence complaints. I'm talking about he HURT THEM. How many women does he have to hurt before its "enough"? Oh, when one DIES? It is so disappointing my department to fail to act upon the warnings. It would have saved Miss Flores life. Many friends of Del Toro will tell you "he's a good man","he's not like that" and be his witnesses. However, the facts are: he had a problem with alcohol, he had a history of violence with women, AND Miss Flores did not deserve such a horrible death. It dishonors her and shames all firefighters if Del Toro is not punished severely. I share the guilt of his actions. We failed as firemen to save a life.
It is still not in trial, and I saw him eating a cheese sandwich at Twin Towers in custody some months ago.
Today is May 20, 2008. Is this case going to trial anytime soon?
Funny thing that.
According to the LASD Inmate Information site he's got a court date tomorrow, May 21st at 7:00 am.
Now whether this is just a placeholder, wishful thinking, or something's actually happening, I couldn't say.
Considering how often this has come up I'm thinking it's probably nothing, but you never know.
Rumor at the FD: he plead to 2nd degree, sentenced to 20 years. Can someone verify?
Sorry ! Your wrong ? were did u hear that from.
I knew the victim Jennifer Flores. I can't believe she is gone. The Defendant should get the death penalty.
"...Del Toro, who retired from the Los Angeles Fire Department after his arrest, did not fit the profile of someone for whom prosecutors would press a capital case, Deputy District Attorney Bobby Grace said. "He just did not fit the criteria of someone we would (seek) the death penalty against, including background, prior record, (and) circumstances of the crime," he said after the hearing. Though the crime itself was heinous, Grace said a capital case is usually reserved for "the worst of the worst."
-From an IVDB article.
Background: drunkenness and repeated assaults against women.
Prior record: drunkenness and repeated assaults against women.
Circumstances of the crime: a strangled corpse dragged through the streets of L.A., with a trail of blood and tissue leading to DelToro's house; blood stains in the house, you know the rest.
But I guess he wouldn't be considered among the "worst of the worst," right? Tell you what, if I did that shit I'd be on death row as we speak, and I never got more than a parking ticket. So you DelToro apologists - please tell me what I'm missing. Please. And don't give me the "he was really cool on the high school football team" business.
Needless to say, I agree with the prior poster; why he's not up on capital charges is beyond me.
I went out with David a couple of times and have been in his house. I would not describe him as leaving an impression on me as a great guy. When I went to his house after dinner, he begged me to sleep with him. I did not, although I did spend the night. He spent the better part of the night saying "please, please". He struck me as a little weird but I was still surprised when I heard he killed someone. It did make me realize that spending the night down some guys house that I barely knew was a really stupid thing to do.
Today is Thursday July 16th, 2009
Is there any current information available? It is approaching 3 years now since David Del Toro was arrested. Is there going to be a trial? I am very curious, as an Eagle Rock native, also dated him some 30 years ago, and also feel for Jennifer Flores family, what is happening with this case? Her family needs closure and I feel for the Del Toro family as well. We may never know what actually took place that night. This is very sad for both families.Jennifer may you rest in peace. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. You did not deserve to die such a terrible death. To the Del Toro family I pray for David and your entire family. Such a waste of 2 lives. I beleive David was a good man, who had the terrible desease of alchohol. As I said I dated him 30 years ago and of course remember the person he was then and did not know him currently. What a shame. Please update if possible,so many of us are curious and want closure, too.
For the girl that when out with Mr Deltoro a couple of times for dinner, I don't believe david had to beg and say please please to have sex with a you, Cause David was not that kind of guy that would beg.And You "Quote" it did make me realize that spending the night down some guys house that I barely knew was a really stupid thing to do. I think every girl does not think about that an till they hear something about that person. Well you must of like him to stay over night.
I new David many years ago. We snorted some serious amounts of cocaine. No bullshit, serious amounts. His girlfriend at the time (who became his wife) confided in me that he was abusive to her. Once they married, lost touch with them.
Does anyone have an update on the David Del Toro Trial? Three years seems like an awful long time to prepare their case. Does anyone know whether the prosecutors or the defense are the cause of the delay or is this just how slow the legal process works?
Next hearing date 13 JAN 2010. Still being held at 441 Bauchet St. Los Angeles, CA 90012 (#9278178). LASD Detectives don't know why the D.A. is not moving on the case. Perhaps they are trying to get a plea(?).
He won't get murder 1 because he was intoxicated (but sober enough to wash the blood off his truck's underside). However, he's still looking at 25+25 years.
Anyone who believes Mr. Del Toro is not capable of this crime does not know the real Mr. Del Toro.
Unfortunately I trusted him with something very precious to me, something he promised he would look out for. Because of my ignorance I too believed he was a good responsible man until I received a phone call detailing his vulgar disgusting drunken behavior that would at times escalate into violent outbursts of rage.
I learned that Mr. Del Toro's drink of choice was vodka and he was well-stocked with large Costco size bottles that were stored on his kitchen counter for convenience. He would drink until he got that sloppy "I-can't-see-straight" look on his face, and then he drank some more. He didn't stop until he was passed-out drunk.
He spoke very condescendingly to his girlfriend, which of course went along with his obvious hatred of women.
I believe there was a small part of him that wanted to be a decent guy especially around friends and family, but Mr. Del Toro's demons refused to be controlled. He probably drank to keep them at bay, but tragically that just unleashed them. From my observations his issues go much deeper than just being a pathetic alcoholic. I see him as a textbook pathological misogynist who on Aug. 16th, 2006 did what he's probably been fantisizing about for most of his adult life.
I hope he pays for his crime and that Ms. Flores' family finally has some peace and closure.
For the person comment on Mr.deltoro that knew him so well and trusted him and he promised you he would look out for , I dont believe Mr.deltoro would say a thing like that, I think that's what you wanted to hear, you sound like you were a ex-girlfriend.
Gustav above wrote that a hearing would be held on January 13th. Does anyone know it that took place and what the results were.
He is no longer in the LASD jail system. He must have been transferred to the State Dept of Corrections. I think was sentenced 1/13/10. But to what? Did he make a plea bargain? More investigation coming...
Still at Men's Central, LASD. Next court date 2/26/10.
According to some people that knew David, he was a pretty cool guy... Unfortunately as many of us know and have been witness to, Alcohol is a nasty relentless bitch... I have myself completely blacked out, in fact I did so this weekend and i had to rely on my wife to control me as I tried to do god know what... (some advice : stay away from vodka and red bull -- they don't mix) In any case, from what i heard David has some friends in high places (political) and they are looking out for him... They are hoping to plea him down to less than 10 years plus time served and let him have some sort of life after this... He has after all been an ok guy for most of his life, being a fireman and all... Besides, I'm sure he's learned his lesson and will never drink again... I know I learned something and will definitely try to control myself more from now on! Here's to you David you are alive after all and to the diseased, don't mean to be crude but you know what, nothing can bring her back now... With Alcohol abuse everyone loses...
I would love to know where to go to try to get something accomplish with this case. This has gone on much too long and should be addressed.
I have know David Deltoro my whole life. Uncle David is a wonderful man who always helped everyone.
Update; his hearings keep getting postponed by the procecution. Come on Judge Ito, lets get this to trail. My guess is the procecutions case is so full of holes and lies, that their only chance is to postpone and now it is going on 4 years: time will be served no matter what the outcome of the verdict. This is bogus...... What ever to innocent until provin guilty.....
This puts a strain on the family, the economy and it's just wrong. I love my uncle and he is a great guy. I could never and would never believe he would do such a violent crime.
how sad the awful things you are saying about david. I known david all my life. Yes david drank but liars out there saying he was violent.and the girls out there saying he he was violent with them.
they are angry because david did not want to be serious with them. he had alot going for him and they wanted it.Haters.
even the guys i am seeing how cruel people can be.
and his ex wife left david to be with one of his fellow workers.
and for the record miss flores was not his girlfriend. no need or motive to kill her. He was a happy single man enjoying life and saving life. he is not a killer.
why don't you people look into the background of the women who are saying those bad things about david .maybe they are pissed because david did not want them. that melissa girl was mad becausce david told her to leave his house she said she would get him back. which she did by calling police for abuse. lies lies, she also was crazy for him.stalking him. get to know about everyone before putting david down. you all are wrong.
Deltoro is still at Men's Central Jail. Next trial date is May 12, 2010. Trial is dragging along because his defense is attempting to block evidence and tire the court. Not allowed visitors.
Case #BA32029901
Inmate #9278178
DOB: 07/13/1956
He killed her and forgot about it... what else can explain this? There is all kinds of evidence that cannot be overlooked. The fact is people we like sometimes f-up. We all have f'd up at one point or another just that we don't commit murder.. Blame goes to the alcohol in this case. He is a guy that should not drink if he enjoy's freedom. I think he's suffered enough and should be released.
You know, I don't jump in much over here. Y'all have a better idea of the man than I do.
But he killed her and forgot? That's your plan?
Alcohol didn't kill her. Alcohol didn't toss her in the back of a truck and drag her a quarter mile through Eagle Rock.
Doesn't matter if we're stoned or drunk or half asleep. We're responsible for the shit we do.
Stevie,
It looks like you haven't had the crazy tango with the monster that is Alcohol... I don't blame you... you should be proud but i have done it and it is not something you control.... if you consume enough Alcohol it can take you to basic raw caveman behavior... he has paid a price... he has been shunned by society... but should he be in jail forever... the answer is easy - NO... He knows something about himself now that he did not know before and for that he should be released... the man is a firefighter for god's sake... he runs INTO burning buildings for a living... or at least he did at one point... didn't he -- ? doesn't that stand or mean anything...?
"He knows something about himself now that he did not know before..."
Then he's a slow learner.
2002 had him arrested on four counts of battery including spousal. Unfortunately, since Court TV has changed over to TruTV.com, the records they had posted for that arrest aren't online, anymore. At least I can't find them. They make for some fascinating reading. Especially the depositions from girlfriends talking about his temper and his drinking problem.
But that was then. Different case. Misdemeanors. Maybe he's moved on. Gotten a little more stable, a little less volatile.
"Flores suffered blunt-force trauma to the head, according to court documents, and was strangled to the point that her thyroid bone was broken and she bit her tongue.
She had a black eye and a small bruise on her mouth. She had two rib fractures, "which would have been extremely painful," according to prosecutors.
"A blow to the chin broke the victim's jaw in two places and is the type of injury seen in professional boxers due to the amount of force necessary to cause two breaks," prosecutors said in court documents."
Guess not.
Incidentally, thyroid should be hyoid. That's the bone in the anterior midline of the neck between the chin and the thyroid cartilage. Only unarticulated bone in the body. Just sits there. Helps you talk. It don't break unless somebody makes it break.
By strangulation. Which is saying something since most strangulations don't break it. That takes some pretty serious fucking force to do.
How about why his bail got revoked?
"Prosecutors also said Del Toro on Tuesday attempted to liquidate his accounts with the Los Angeles Firemen's Credit Union, nearly $6,900. In one of three phone conversations with credit union officials, he said he was 'out of the country and need the money from his account to be made out in a cashier's check.'"
Sounds like a flight risk to me.
I know. Probably irrelevant to this argument, but I thought I'd bring it up, anyway.
Should he be in jail forever? That's up to the courts. I'm on the fence on that one, myself. It's a hell of a question, but I'll go with no. How long is long enough? That I can't answer.
But is three years in County for Jennifer Flores' beaten, strangled and shredded body enough to say he's paid his price?
Fuck, no. I think her family would probably agree with me.
Does his prior service to the city and the community mean something?
For this? For murder? This isn't a supermarket coupon saving program. "Well, Dave, you saved xxx people from burning to death this week. That earns you ONE FREE MURDER! Congratulations! [cue confetti and balloons] Here's your Get Out of Jail Free card!"
I'm sorry, but pulling out the "I'm a victim to alcohol" card is bullshit. Yes, it fucks with your judgment. And some people are more wired to be addicts than others.
But a bottle of Johnny Walker didn't beat her to death and drag her body a quarter mile down the street behind a car.
There are two kind of victims. The real ones who get beaten, raped, mugged or murdered. And then there are the whiners. "Oh, woe is me, I have a problem with [fill in your favorite controlled substance]".
Yeah, they do have a problem. Then get in a fucking program and do something about it. Stop being a goddamn narcissist. Stop throwing your shit around on everybody else and expecting them to pay for your fuck-ups.
So, yeah, Anonymous, I have "had the crazy tango with the monster that is Alcohol". I've been the guy cleaning up the mess afterward.
Talking people off ledges takes a little bit out of you. I'm kind of burnt out on it. Forgiveness is in short supply and I got better people to blow it on than this guy.
What happen with the trial? I have knew David for over 30 years.
i knew david del toro for several years and he is one of the kindest and most generous man ive ever met. hes the kind of man that would take his shirt off his back for you and help anyone in need. there has to be a lot more to the allegations than what the newspapers say. the david del toro i knew was someone who was hardworking compassionate and loving.
Any new update on fire Capt. David Jaime Del Toro
No Updated on David Deltoro Helen!
its funny when you need friends and you build relationship on trust, honor and being there for your friend. Where are all of Dave's so called friends.Like the girlfriend named Letticia Morales
Who in the hell is Letticia Morales she was no Girlfriend of Dave!..... or did you mean a friend of Dave, or want be girlfriend .
Looks like David is finally on trial. He has been in court all week. Why no news from the Media?
for all of those jr high high school "best of friends" with David and were charmed by him, he was an ass and did treat people badly, and yes he could show the sweet endearing side when he chose too. And take the shirt of his back to help others but he was crazy too, and oh yes many knew this of over 34 years, those of us who saw him and would see for a fact of his arogance in Burbank jr high and Franklin. it all went to his head....
Today is January 24th,2011 unbelievable that it has been almost 4 1/2 years since this took place. I just read that David is in trial now and it should be over by February 18th. I am just blown away that there has been nothing in the television news regarding this case. If I hadn't found this blog I would not even know this much. It is very strange that this has been kept out of the media. I feel for both families, they need closure. Do you think there will be anything on the TV news or 20/20 or Dateline maybe. Please keep us posted with any new information on the trial.
Yes, there is a trial ongoing. I believe they're currently in the middle of jury selection.
http://la-noir.blogspot.com/2011/01/david-jaime-del-toro-yes-ladies-and.html
Well I've been keeping up2date with this story since day 1 & putting 2 & 2 together and doing my own lil research and reading everyone's comments & articles and it comes down to DEL TORO has to be INNOCENT. I hope the JURY realizes this was a total SET UP. This Article clearly states DEL TORO had no scratches & was passed out in his home on ALCOHOL, there was no DRUGS in his system. I bet the guy that knocked on his door that night was "RALPH" which was Jennifer's BF both of them were drug addicts & RALPH was a "CRYSTAL METH" user...here are a few tips of side affects of a METH USER & fits RALPH very well.
Hallucinations and Delusions
Obsessive compulsive behavior
Damage to brain
Memory loss
Aggressive or Violent behavior
Meth mouth
Anorexia
Mood instability
U'mmm I wonder where was Ralph after he decided to MURDER Jennifer and blame it in DEL TORO? Why weren't the cops & detectives able to contact RALPH ASAP. B/c he was out hiding all cracked out on METH trying to cover up his marks, blood & fingers from the MURDER he just committed. It's amazing what METH can do to you. I can't wait to see RALPH on the stand being asked 101 ?'s all nervous.
Its funny that we are reminded of Ralph Argon a
F------
piece of S--- He was terminatedby the LAFD for drugs and we all know he killed her, he beat her every chance he got when they were all drug up, thats what when you freak out on drugs, what a waste
Del Toro was convicted of Murder 2 on April 15, 2011. He's looking at 20+ years to life. Its under appeal, as they always are. Judge Ito will sentence him any day now.
Del Toro's defense of "wasn't me, wasn't there, didn't do it" didn't work with the jury. Prior abuse victims gave testimony.
His defense of "she was already dead" when he took her body out and ran over her got him the Murder 2 instead of 1. But wait... he said it "wasn't me, wasn't there, didn't do it"....,right?
