The LAPD snagged Flemming while he was dealing at our town's lovely open-air drug market on Fifth and San Julian last week. When they went to his house to see what else he might have, they found a pound and a half of cocaine and $135,035.00.
More than $11,000.00 of it in singles and $6,000.00 in coins.
Sure he wasn't just using the bus a lot?
